Customer Credit Rating retrieves credit scores and ratings for your customers from a credit rating agency and shows them directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can assess a customer’s creditworthiness without leaving Business Central.
Credit Information Where You Need It
The credit score, rating, explanation and credit limit are shown on the customer card and in the customer list, so you have the information at hand when you take on new customers or review existing ones.
Check a Customer’s Credit With One Click
Run Update Credit Rating on a customer to fetch the latest score and rating from the credit rating agency. If you want, Customer Credit Rating can also update the customer’s credit limit automatically from the agency’s result.
A Full History of Credit Checks
Every credit check is stored in the credit report log, so you can see how a customer’s credit rating has changed over time and keep an audit trail.
Availability
Customer Credit Rating uses Bislab as the credit rating agency. You need a Bislab API key and a valid Dynapro subscription.
